Potions In Procedures Without Custom Code

I have a custom block called the bucketing table that lets you fill a bucket with 10 bottles.
I can't access specific potions in procedures or use tags as their is nothing i can do.
I do not want to use custom code at all.
There are a few forums with this topic, one of them used custom code and another just said "fixed" so i have no clue.

Can anyone help?
