I want to make an item that, while you have it in your inventory, gives you regeneration.
The thing is that since I don't want to make it very overpowered, I want the regeneration to be very slow, but I can't find a way to make it slower than level 1 regeneration.
Is there a way to make it slower?
You could make a custom regen effect that is slower than normal regen that is given to the player when they have the item in their inventory
