The "Event/target entity has in inventory <item>" block fails to detect items that have changed

The "Event/target entity has in inventory <item>" block fails to detect items that have changed, even in terms of durability or NBT tags. When the item takes damage or even just has an empty NBT tag added (like tag:{}), it will no longer be recognized as the original item in the block.
