Hello, i don't know how i can make sword with this specific ability.
I want that when you right click, it enchances your next attack with slowness 2 and blidness 2 for 5 seconds, and then this sword will get cooldown for 60 sec. And I want it to be global cooldown, not per entity or something like that. I can't figure out how to make this cooldown working.
