Corrupted elements

Hello, I would like to talk about a problem that occurred during the development of my mod using mcreator. I was making the mod and I noticed that all the elements were "corrupted", and this did not happen the day before, and when I went to compile the mod, everything had been deleted, with the exception of some elements that I made today. The error message said "doesn't have saved instance, is corrupted, or incompatible", this was true for all elements of the mod.

Did you forcefully close MCreator or change the autosave interval to very big value?

Did the PC shutdown unexpectedly?

I'm no expert, but that almost sounds more like a PC issue rather than an MCreator issue. That error message implies that something happened to workspace file itself from within your computer. To prevent this sort of thing from happening again, saving a backup file after doing a bunch of stuff might be a good idea, and though not necessary, pulling those files and other stuff you want to keep onto a USB and factory resetting your PC would ensure this doesn't happen again.
But before doing any of that, I'd talk to someone who actually knows computers, I only recommend factory resetting from experience.
