Help with Attribute modifier (not the plugin)

So in the new 2024.3 update we got Attributes built into mcreator but I’m confused

There are three blocks: get base value set base value and what I’m confused about get value with modifiers

So my question is can I make a modifer I would really rather not change the base value as I don’t know what the base value is by default

If I use the set base value in a procedure does that overwrite the base value OR does that count as a modifer

Thanks y’all sorry for dumb question

How would I make a modifier?…

How would I make a modifier? That's the main reason to use attribute procedures in the first place, and is required for many attribute related functions.

I mean, if I can't modify vanilla attributes of at least custom entities (with procedures), that defeats the purpose of attribute blocks (for the most part), makes the new procedures basically pointless, and shows that the devs don't give their community what it desperately wants, at least not entirely, which it should have been easy to implement such a procedure.

I mean, I already knew that the community had gotten some features granted, but even this singular one not being entirely fulfilled would make my statement valid.
