How do i spawn gem

I'm trying to make my projectile stay on the ground when i launch it, but I can't find a spawn gem thingy, there's only spawn item. I'm using neoforge for the modloader and the latest version of mcreator.

What used to be spawn gem is now called spawn item, it does exactly the same thing as far as I know.
