CGR'S technology mod server

I am going to create an official server for CGRs tech mod. The server will add a completely new version of this mod, it will have a very cool custom world (it was always my personal world) and many other things. Please tell me if you use Forge or Neoforge, your time zone and preferred time of playing Minecraft to install software that turns on the server at that time. I think your going to enjoy mutch this.
