The "Maker a portal to another dimension using custom igniter item" template, doesnt work

You don't need to use this event, the “portal” category lets you create a full-featured portal. To generate it in the world, use a structure or a feature

My assumption is he is trying to use the Custom Igniter Template to make one of his already existing items a Portal Igniter, Which I also don't think you would use "When Portal Trigger used" you would likely use "On Item Used" on the Item and some how clarify that the Shape of your Portal Exists and that you are placing the Block in the middle of said Shape. I would also like to know why this Template doesn't seem to work, for I personally wanted to use a Custom Fluid block as the Igniter but couldn't seem to setup that up with the Template procedure.
