''createMinecraftArtifacts'' fails to load

Every time i try creating a Neoforge 1.21.1 workplace it crashes due to ''createMinecraftArtifacts'' failing to load, i have tried everything in the tutorial page for how to resolve workplaces crashing and still nothing work, could someone help me with this??
