Just how do I make a custom shield?

So MCreator 2023.4 somehow added a Shield and there just simply no tutorials or known ways to make one. I have spent almost 2 hours looking for something and there is nothing on how to make a shield. I just have the texture for the shield and I have no idea how to do it all. I'm hoping someone will come with a solution, unlike the past 2 forum topics I have posted.
