You may have noticed that I've been working on: Thero's wilds
since I haven't shown any other progress related stuff i suppose I will share it here today, thero's wilds is a mostly animal biome and exploration-based mod adding multiple new creatures biomes structures and other things to explore, currently I'm planning on 5 to 7 new mobs on release, though this may be differant when alpha or beta comes out, I have a few animals planned like
- Army Ant
- Cormorant
- Flamingo
- Piranha
- Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman
- Dugong
- Worm
- Malayan Tapir
- Baird's Tapir
- Malaysian leaf insect

as for biomes there will be 3 on launch:
- Overgrowth (Jungle Variant)
- Fungrotto (cave)
- Mud Spires

as for biomes
im currently remaking mud spires to not generate in hot biomes and take over wold gen but there are also new biomes too:
workspace glitched and bugged out making the game crash that i couldn't diagnose the problem making me start over =(
yeahhh it's not looking good
it happened AGAIN after adding a geckolib entity
I found that texture that was crashing my game,
so, I tried to port the firefly bush into the mod for 1.20.1 but used a too upscaled texture that was glitched
so i should have access again
nvm it didn't work :(
it seems to be a curse
trying 1.21.1 to see if the problem is resolved
update: going to do the biomes plants and other world gen features before the mobs
