How to make a food give more items than 1? ( like soups giving bowls) Very urgent! Stuck at this point

So i wanna make a one piece mod but im stuck on the abilities part, i want to make it so if u eat a specific fruit u get the abilities as items, but u can only get 1 item from eating the food without making any procedures, so is there a way or could someone show me the procedure on how to get 2 items from eating/using a specific item?, i will be grateful for help
