Item Selection Improvement

Basic/Simple request, all I am asking is that you add the "potions" tab to ALL item selections and add all potion and tipped arrow types to them and not just the brewing recipe item selector. 

As of right now, we cannot make a loot table that has a specific vanilla potion, only custom potions, we cannot give an entity a specific vanilla potion through procedures, aside from it being an uncraftable/useless potion, this sorta makes life hard for those who are making a mod based around potions.
