Hmm, I kind of messed around the forum and no good answer was given on such topics.
Is there really still no way in MCreator to add the mod's loot tables to the vanilla loot tables, rather than rewrite it completely? It turns out that it is impossible to add new fish in fishing, except to completely duplicate the vanilla loot tables with the addition of your own elements. And it is also impossible to really change the loot table of a chicken, except to create procedure with the drop of items upon its death. I've seen topics from 2-4 years ago that suggested a rather crutch-like solution to this problem, so I want to ask this one more time.
Is it possible to change loot tables of vanilla entity/dungeons/fishing? Or will users have to figure out how to make a patch for vanilla loot tables on their own?
In common, I noticed that MCreator practically does not provide any opportunity to interact with vanilla resources, or it is done very not unintuitive.
You should be able to change vanilla loot table by adding custom one in minecraft namespace with the same path as the one you are overriding
