vertical pitch rotation incompatible with block placement condition, is this an issue with MCreator?

i've tried everything i know, enum properties, checking if it's a valid location for dripstone, evrything i try doesn't work.

does anyone know if this is an issue with MCreator or if there's a different method?

im trying to fix this for an hour and only recently i have realised that pitch rotation doesnt even have up and down (probably, im assuming this is why it doesnt work)
