Workspace setup not getting further than "Setting up Gradle Project files"

So I installed the latest version 2025.1 and removed the old 2024.1, which worked just fine, but when I went to create a new workspace it will just start loading and never stop.

It's been sitting like this for over 12 hours and hasn't changed. I can't click anywhere else other than using task manager to quit it.
