How to make such a mechanic? With mob. Help Please

I have a mob, and if I throw it a certain item and a block, the item, and block disappears, and mob  summon mob, how do I do that?

you could do check item NBT,…

you could do check item NBT, if equals to your items then, kill items and summon mob
