How do I make a spawn entity stick with my movement or my head rotation

Does anybody know how make a entity stay behind you always stick with the player and follow player direction in the back like when I press a keybind my entity spawn but here the thing I don't know how to make him attach with me and followed my direction if anyone know please help me fix this problem or maybe send me a photo.thank you♥️
