[Troubleshooting] Custom plugin freezes MCreator

I'm trying to make a plugin (Procedures Extras), but if I try to manually code it, MCreator freezes and now I'm using the plugin builder, which I was told is outdated. Someone please help (the file is Initial Release (0.0.1)).
