Need help disabling neoforge mixinextras

I recently created a mod, but due to a mixinextras-neoforge-0.5.0.jar file that keeps appearing, it cannot be used with most performance mods that use mixinextras, crashing with exit code 1. My mod is on Forge 1.20.1 and shouldn't need the mixinextras file, but if I delete it in file explorer, my mod can't be exported and if I delete it from the .jar file, the mod crashes with exit code 1. My system is all up to date, so I don't know what's happening. I'm using 2025.3.
