You appear to running like a portable or not installed yet version of MCreator or installed it into OneDrive form some reason. Trying to run MCreator out of a folder that isn't actually on your Computer is a bad idea. Also, what GPU do you have and are you sure you installed the software from the GPU Maker (Ex. Nvidia App)? Also, check for Windows Updates.
