Vine, Glow Lichen, Sculk Vein like blocks

I've always wanted the ability to make sculk vein, etc like blocks. As an idea for a future update for MCreator. Also the ability to make Multiface Growth features which is  type of feature only used for and by Glow Lichen and Sculk Veins
