Glowing armor

I'll be quick... I have armor and want to add glowing texture to it (just like mobs with glowing eyes, but for armor), is that possible with "custom elements" or do I have to overwrite something manually?

(I made 3D armor using Blockbench, this question wasn't answered anywhere before (example https://mcreator.net/forum/114422/armor-glowing-texture))
