I've heard a lot about this, but I've never actually found a solution. I'm making a mod for Minecraft 1.7.10 (Using MCreator 1.7.3), and I want to add a lot of blocks to the Nether, but I can't figure out how to actually make them spawn there. Just checking the box to have it spawn in the Nether doesn't work.
Can you send the Code?
I may be able to help you.
I can't figure out where to find it (or if I even can) outside the actual program, and there doesn't seem to be any option to export the code in MCreator.
And now, I've encountered a new problem: Whenever I try to add anything that generates in either the Overworld or the Nether, running the test environment crashes the game whenever I load a world. I'm so confused...
Nevermind, uninstall and reinstall (Backed up all my files first, don't worry, it wasn't a problem with the mod, just the program) fixed that issue.
