Minecraft client launches, and then closes

I made first Cobalt Ore(Block), and test enviroment launched, everything was okay, but when I added some items(Cobalt Ingot and Cobaltite Alloy), test minecraft launch, and on last step of Minecraft Forge loading, it closes.
