What do you mean by packs? Do you mean texture packs?
No, my mod has packs of new items from movies, games, or any body

You can create the ice sword of terraria, that one that shoots ice-balls that hurts enemies. Make it as a normal gun with the texture of a light blue sword or something. I think that can look cool.
