MCreator won't load!

MCreator won't load!

This problem is pretty recent, but every time I open my 1.8.3 Mcreator it is stuck at Loading Workspace Data and I don't know why! I waited more than an hour and it still keeps loading! I currently have 2 big mods of 400+ elements each and I don't want to lose them, so if I'm forced to reinstall what files I must keep so I don't lose anything?
