Use on food eaten procedure trigger and switch dimension procedure block to move to another dimension. I don't know how I can be more verbose. Food has on food eaten trigger, click + on this trigger and drag teleport entity to another dimension procedure block in the procedure chain.

I really suggest you to check tutorials I linked if you are starting out, one can not just start with advanced stuff before he gets the basics.

Use move entity to dimension with ID procedure block from Entity procedures section in procedure editor.

Check the tutorials I linked please to get the idea of how procedures work.
