Need help to create a Single-Use item

_Hi everyone_

I need some help with a single-use item. I'm trying to do a healing item, and this item do what its supposed to do, but when steve receive healing, the item don't disappear. 

 I tried to make it disappear making it a tool and give damage when its used, but that doesn't work.

Any Idea?
