Writing in a GUI

Hello everyone. Thanks for reading my post.

I'm making a block that when you open it you can write on a text input field, but I have a problem: when I'm writing and I press the letter "e" it closes. I know this is because of how the inventories work, but I don't know if there is a way to avoid that.
