How do I make a scope? (1.9.1 told us that we would be able to do this)

I was just wondering, now that the GUI is fixed, how would we zoom in when right clicking on the gun?

This feature was not intended for 1.9.1 and was not added in 1.9.1. We only added support for properly scaled overlay images.
