I don’t think forge create stable versions for Snapshots so most mods (MCreator made or otherwise) probably wouldn’t be compatible or would be buggy. Additionally all of the new snapshots will be developed from newer versions of Minecraft where as MCreator currently only supports Minecraft Version 1.12.2.

We can not. We depend on Minecraft Forge and they only develop it for stable releases and we only use stable releases too.
