WIll MCreator need a 30 minute setup every time i make a new workspace?

Just so i know whether or not i should prepare to mod, rather than just jumping in.
This was the first time starting the 2019.5 version

This was answered dozens of times before. No, it is only when you setup new Minecraft version workspace for the very first time (the first workspace of said version).
