Can I use assets (recipe JSON files, textures, and models) made with MCreator outside of MCreator?

Can someone please tell me if it's OK to use MCreator's Model Import, Texture Creator, and Recipe Element features to generate textures and JSON files to use outside of MCreator (i.e. using MCreator to design stuff for Eclipse mods)? I want to know if MCreator can be used as a "prototyping"/"design" tool in that sort of way!
