Im relatively new here, not much of a coder so I'm really enjoying mcreator so far.
Anyway, is there a way to create custom inventory for something like jewels, rings, cloaks etc.

For version 2020.1 it's no possible without code editing.

hey, you mean like invetory in items? Yep, definitely possible. I've done it for my mods.
on an item element (not for armors/swords/ranged items sadly), go to "Inventory" tab, and follow the instructions on here.
that's all you have to do.
