Gaps in my connecting lines whenever I load a textured item into minecraft

Gaps in my connecting lines whenever I load a textured item into minecraft

 Whenever I render an item I textured (custom tools) into the game for testing there are gaps on all connecting corners of my model. Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

Maybe your edges of textures…

Maybe your edges of textures where they stitch together have transparency set. Make sure there is no transparency on your textures.
