Is it possible to make a "spike/spire" biome? ie: bryce, ice spike, etc

Title. I couldn't find any information about this and was wondering if it was possible with MCreator.

Maybe if you create the biome and then create a structure that looks like a spike and set it to spawn in your custom biome.

Yeah just creat a structure like a spike and then make it spawn in that biome.
