How to change the FOV of a player when a keybinding is clicked?

So I wanted to make a scope aiming system. The first thing that pop up in my mind is to change the FOV with a custom GUI. I don't know how to change the FOV and I don't know if it is possible or not. Help me please, thank you!

The only way I can think to do it is to give the player a super strong slowness effect but then the player wouldn't be able to move.
