Vacuum Hopper

Ok hi guys. Im playing in a 1.15.2 custom modpack with alot of popular mod that u can find in any modpack. but i feel like the 1.15.2 version of those mod are more a downgrade than a upgrade, example. take the harvester of cyclic. in 1.12.2 there is inventory in harvester that mean when ur crop are fully growth. it will take it, store it and replent it. but in 1.15.2 version, they just replent it. there is no more inventory. so what i need is to do a vacuum hopper that can absorb any block or item around it. but there is no mod that add that in 1.15.2 that why MCreator is my only solution. Help plz, what are the procedure for a vacuum hopper?
