I have a custom model for a alarm and I want to make it so it lights up when redstone is on. I looked through functions and there is no way to change luminance. Does anyone know how to do this?
You can use procedures for this, just create the same block with a diffrent luminance value and make a procedure to replace the block with it when powered and replace with the first one when unpowered.
