Hi.
On the custom element beginning, it says:
* If you want to make a plain independent class, create it in
* "Workspace" -> "Source" menu.
But I'm unable to locate this Source menu.
Any help?
Now it is in the project browser on left side, click on the desired package and click New... to add new class.
I will fix these words in 2020.4 to not confuse users
