Gui Game Crash (not referencing non-existent slots)

Gui Game Crash (not referencing non-existent slots)

When I open the gui for a block, the game saves and crashes. I don't have a crash log, because I am running in the MCreator client. Here are some screenshots:

I've read other posts on this topic, but they say that it comes from referencing a slot that doesn't exist, but I don't do that that I can see, so I need some help.

You are, as in the first picture, you have the slot count set to 10 (9 slots plus an extra one), where it should be set to 4 (3 slots plus an extra one), as your GUI has 3 slots.
