I had imported it into the program and have made a procedure (custom command). When it is executed the sound will play, but when I tested it haven't worked. Could you tell me in what criteria should I follow?
OGG using Vorbis is the only correct format
This have happened to me several times before after I added a new sound randomply one of the old ones stops working to fix it I just copy/paste the original sound and reemplace the imported one in the workspace folder, I don't know if it's the same bug but it's easy enought to give it a shot and see it fixes your problem
