help my custom tools are invisible

When i try to import a .json model from Blockbench to MCcreator and apply the texture. the model goes invisible in game and i tried importing the invisible model back into blockbench. but it says empty child model like whats going on? is blockbench deleting the model or am i doing something wrong?
