Where to find minecraft world files made in MCreator *Solved

I made a few worlds in the MCreator version of minecrafts, is there a way to export those worlds from mcreator as a playable world file? If so, where would I find the file?

menu -> Workspace -> Open…

menu -> Workspace -> Open Workspace folder -> open "run\saves" folder, your world saves are here
