Hey guys,
How can i make a block looking like an item in the hand, in minecraft vanilla it's already used for ladder and saplings, it's looks like an item in the hand but when you look a block there is a grid like when you place a block and when you right click on a block a block appear !
On the first page for creating a block, you should see the choice to override the block item texture in the upper right-hand corner. Just set that to whatever you want and it'll be done!
