Help with removing item from inventory

Can i hit an entity with item and after removing this item from my inventory?

For example:I hit zombie with apple, after this, apple is removing from my inventory

(sorry for bad English)

There is a procedure block "remove 1 *item* from inventory," you could probably figure out a way with it.
