Crafting certain Items

Im trying to make a mod with custom liquids and enchantment books, with crafting recipes to make them. the problem is, there is no way to make a crafting recipe for them. Is there any way to do this? If not, please consider adding in in a new update, and also the ability to set the creative tab of them. Thanks!
