How do I stop structures floating?

Could anyone could help me figure out how to fix the problem of structures spawning with parts of it floating, or is it just inevitable?

Use offset to burry them into the ground. Consider adding some dirt layer to blend better with the environment.

Structures are a piece of blocks placed into the world, now if you look from this perspective, how could they not float if you do not place something there to "fill the gap"?
